Pissarro's great-grandson signs with NY publisher

drawn out ISLAND, NY -- FFF International Art has signed artist Frederic Bonin Pissarro, the great-grandson of French Impressionist master Camille Pissarro, and has introduced a of recent origin series of hand-embellished, limited edition giclee prints.

Pissarro's have affection for of art and the beauty of Paris and the French countryside started at an early age. Born in Paris in 1964 to Claude and Sylvie Bonin Pissarro, Frederic started drawing as a child, learning from his artistic father and artist Jacques Yankel. He became inspired by the agency of the bustle of Paris and the incomparable beauty of Brittany, Normandy and Southern France, where his family vacationed in the summer He attended Ecole de Sevre and the Ecole de Beaux-Arts before becoming an accomplished artist and designer.

While he draws inspiration from his famous great-grandfather, Frederic Bonin Pissarro has created a unique, intriguing mode of speech that he says is more Expressionist than Impressionist, featuring wide, at liberty brush strokes and a mixture of color, regular [i]or[/i] melodious movement and movement.



Pissarro says his paintings summon forth "the feeling you have when you crack with laughter or cry--it is a feeling of intensity The best way to experience my work is to make trial of to look at the whole thing--the atmosphere, ambience and light."

Pissarro's work can be fix in collections worldwide. He popularly resides in Cincinnati, OH, working as a painter and instructor at the Art Institute of Cincinnati.
