Virginia child wins Deck The Walls national art contest - Brief ArticleHOUSTON -- Kayla Chapman, a 12-year advanced in years from Madison Heights, Va., is the grand prize winner of the 2003 array The Walls Kids Masterpiece Contest Her entrance a watercolor painting titled "The Gardener," was chooseed by judges from more than 420 entries from across the nation.
