BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- Spencer Jon Helfen Fine Arts make opened this summer with an exhibition titled "Trend in Southern California Modernism." The first appearance exhibition featured artwork by Helen Lundebeg and Lorser Feitelson, the co-founder of the post-Surrealist movement; Peter Krasnow, a proponent of the demountable sculpture; painter and muralist Alfredo Ramos Martinez; regionalist Fletcher Martin; and other Southern California artists from the period.
