Bainbridge announces artcare contest - in the news - Penny Raum, Color Wheel Custom Framing LLC - Brief ArticlePARAMUS, NJ -- Penny Raum, proprietor of Color Wheel Custom Framing LLC in West Chester, Pa., won the first prize of $1000 in Nielsen Bainbridge's Artcare[TM] BevelAccents[TM] Easy cash Contest. The justices said they were impressed with Raum's use of BevelAccents to plant off the details in the artwork, which is an antique architectural plate of the Doorway at meeting-house of San Zaccaria in Venice.
