New logo, branding for Surtex - Show news

WHITE PLAINS, NY -- SURTEX[R] a trade display for selling and licensing art and design, is updating its image. The 18th-annual edition of SURTEX will introduce a fresh logo and branding treatment, a marketing campaign, a reconfigured floor plan and booth enhancements May 18 to 20 at the Jacob K Javits Convention Center in novel York.

The novel SURTEX logo treatment incorporates a contemporary typeface along with an artistically pay backed `S' icon. The show's tagline, "Selling and Licensing Art & Design," has become a lock opener element of the brand positioning. According to display organizers, this singular hallmark for the occurrence updates the show's overall identity, positioning and message. The novel logo will be seen upon all sales and promotional materials, advertisements and exhibitor communications, as well as on-site banners, booth packages and signage. In other on-site improvements, visitor-friendly company signs positioned perpendicular to booth will be easy-to-read and help visitors navigate the display said officials.

The SURTEX floorplan has been configured to accommodate the show's growing number of licensing resources and enhance traffic roll on For the first time, exhibitors will be organized by means of business type, rather than targeted end-use. Exhibitors which primarily license their artwork will hold Hall 1D on Level 1 and the River Pavilion upon Level 4, while those exhibitors which primarily put up to sale their artwork will be located in the Galleria upon Level 4.
