0ctavio Moctezuma - Emerging Artists - Brief ArticleThe politically-charged watercolors and photo-objects of Octavio Moctezuma have been gaining attention for their vibrant colors and satirical overtones. The artist, who publicly works for a weekly political magazine in Mexico City, created this series of watercolors and photo things to accompany articles about the media published in the magazine. "Most of my images are done combining traditional illustration techniques with digital photography and computer manipulation," said Moctezuma, who has a master's step in visual arts and is also a painter, engraver and photographer.
