ATLANTA -- Gallery Taj, a hybrid of a corporate contemporary fine art space and private circumstance space for international business, social and pres talks opened its doors in the corporate headquarters of the Transatlantic Journal and European Co-op in June The opening also serv as the third and final incident of the unveiling of a section of the Berlin Wall at a dedication at the Marietta conversation Center and Resort. Extending their stay to attend the reception were visiting Berlin diplomats; Director of the Checkpoint Charlie Museum, Dr Rainer Hildebrandt and his wife, Alexandra; German businessman and incident supporter, Hans-Peter Jander, Bodo Gaw, director of the European Chamber of Commerce; and numerous other international visitors. Also attending were tap [i]or[/i] pat and Sara Clay; Roberta Griffin, director of the Kennesaw State Art Gallery; and other Cobb shire and Atlanta fine art patrons.

Gallery TAJ's inaugural presentation featured original art work in a broad range of media, like as photography, metal craft (ironwork), decorative arts and faux finish, watercolor, mixed media and acrylic and statuary American and international artists featured included Ivan Bailey, Marcus Antonius Jansen, Carol Ann to leeward Hedrick, Howard Martin, Sidney Randolph Maurer, Sandra Milton, W Chester advanced in years Corina Pia, Denard Stalling and Cecil Warfel, Jr

"I knew it was important we have the European connection showed and by sheer luck, three of the artists chosen to exhibit are either German or were seminaryed in Germany for their art techniques," noted Ramona McCary, Gallery TAJ consulting director.
