DEAR READERS,

I've ground that one of the best ways to disentangle a problem is to find someone other who's already tackled it. A short conversation with a associate frame shop owner could shed a novel light on a puzzling issue that's been plaguing you for month whether it's which mat cutter to purchase or where to do your advertising.
