Hogue to publish artist Kim Starr - Up Front - Hogue Publishing IncHONOLULU, Hawaii--Hogue Publishing Inc. lately signed a publishing agreement with the artist Kim Starr, an artist who has a step in Professional Illustration and Advertising and who holds and operated the Kim Starr Galleries in Hawaii.
