PPFA awards CPF scholarships - Professional Picture Framers Association - Brief ArticleRICHMOND, Va.--The Professional Picture Framers Association (PPFA) has awarded Certified Picture Framer (CPF) scholarships to five member framers as part of the L Thomas McKeon CPF Scholarship Program. Created in 1997 in honor of PPFA's past president L Thomas McKeon CPF the scholarship program provides financial assistance to PPFA members who wish to take the CPF examination. beneath the program, five individuals are culled each year to receive a unrestrained sitting for the CPF exam and a out and out set of PPFA-recommended exam source materials. Each scholarship has an estimated value of $425 A panel of five justices chose the five recipients for the 2002 CPF scholarships.
