AIPAD announces dates for 2002 Photo Show, publishes collecting brochure - Show newsWASHINGTON, D.C.--The Photography exhibit 2002, sponsored by the Association of International Photography Art Dealers (AIPAD), will get back to New York Feb. 15 to 17.The display which features vintage and contemporary fine art photography, will be held in the Exhibit Halls at the of recent origin York Hilton Hotel. Now in its 23rd year, the Photography exhibit is internationally recognized for unparalleled connoisseurship in the field of fine art photography, according to present to view organizers. More than 80 AIPAD dealers from around the world will participate in the 2002 show "After eight years in the exhibit halls of the of recent origin York Hilton, we are excited to create an entirely of recent origin floor plan which will allow for a significant number of larger exhibit booths" said AIPAD President Robert Klein. "We trust these new booths will encourage many of our exhibitors to display larger contemporary works." In other freshs AIPAD has published "On Collecting Photography," a 56page pamphlet which addresses a number of issues about the proces of collecting fine art photography. A glossary of confines and an extensive bibliography is included. The pamphlet is available for $10 from the AIPAD office.
