Artexpo Artist To Show at Museum - Brief Articlefresh YORK--As a veteran Artexpo exhibitor of 23 years, Marjorie Tomchuk is preparing to exhibit her of recent origin work at two venues, Artexpo novel York, as well as at the American Museum of Papermaking in Atlanta from July 12 to tribe 7. The title of her museum exhibit, "Paper Waves," captures the substance in Tomchuk's work and demonstrates her signature turn of expression according to the artist. She has been creating her archival, artist-made paper since 1980 using 100-percent cotton linter fiber from North Carolina, embossing the sheet upon an etching press and finally airbrushing each color through hand. Her imagery ranges from seascapes to landscapes. Many of the images are semi-abstract, with design playing a lock opener role. The artist will be not absent at Artexpo booth #2473.
