Permco alleges stolen secrets; Ex-employee, South African rival named in corp. espionage suit

Permco a company in Streetsboro that makes hydraulic interrogates has filed a civil lawsuit against a southerly African company and a former employee who allegedly engaged in a year-long industrial espionage piece of ground to steal trade secrets that Permco said are being used against it in the marketplace.

A hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 27 in Portage shire Common Pleas Court on Permco's motion to try to find a preliminary injunction against competitor Dosco GPM Holdings Ltd of Edendale, southern Africa. The ...
