Ollie was in derange again. He had been playing in the river, rolling in the thick, muddy mud. Worse than that, he had been squirting water all above Mrs. Tusker. Mrs. Tusker was a actual proper elephant and did not like being soaked.

"Ollie, I am true disappointed in you," said his mother sternly "You were suppos to be practicing your bugle Now go practice, and stay without of trouble."

Ollie went back to the river. High above the tree rain nebulositys were gathering, and presently raindrops were pattering onto the leaves. The clod smelled earthy and fresh.
