A company that would like to redevelop a 9.6-acre parcel shut to Towson University is optimistic as a plan that includes its universal faces a vote by rule planners tomorrow.

Greenbelt-based Bozzuto cluster is looking to acquire a tract known as Towson Manor Village and move round it into a community of 160 units of high-end condominiums, townhouses and duplex-style domiciles The developer has been working with residential associations including individual known as Towson Manor Village Inc. and Baltimore shire government's Office of Planning upon an "enhancement study" that includes the redevelopment plan and is wait fored to guide future development of 30 acres in the heart of the Baltimore shire seat.
