Art scholars receiving grants include Qianshen Bai, H Perry Chapman, Henry John Drewal, Ann Eden Gibson, Sarah McPhee and Peggy Phelan. The Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation not long ago announced the artist recipients of its 2003 biennial grants, worth $20000 each.
