Auction House Rents Museum - Phillips Auctioneers rents American Craft Museum - Brief ArticleFollowing upon the heels of other surprising business arrangements between public art institutions and private companies, the American Craft Museum at 40 W 53rd public way in New York has agreed to dilaceration its entire exhibition space to Phillips Auctioneers for use during its spring sales of 19th- and 20th-century paintings and Japanese art. Phillips is sponsoring the museum's general exhibition, "Defining Craft," on view end May 7.
