Portzamparc Tower Rises in NYC - Brief ArticleThe hardy new LVMH (Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton) Tower at 19 E 57th road in Manhattan was inaugurated in December. The building, designed by the agency of French architect and 1994 Pritzker Prize winner Christian de Portzamparc, is a slight faceted structure wedged between a prewar brick building and the glass-and-stone Chanel tower.
