It's About Time - public art work by Kristin Jones and Andrew Ginzel installed in New York City - Brief ArticleArtists Kristin Jone and Andrew Ginzel freshly completed an enigmatic public art work titled Metronome that has downtown Manhattan viewers speculating as to its meaning.
