Dutch Not Dancing Over Boogie WoogieDutch prime minister Wim Kok and other management officials were criticized recently by dint of the Netherlands Court of Audit for using $40 million in taxpayers' cash to purchase Piet Mondrian's Victory Boogie Woogie (1942-44) the artist's last major painting.
