Arnold Schwarzenegger has been had. Called Austria's greatest cultural export, "Arnie," as he is known in the German-speaking world, not long ago weighed in on a debate above whether or not his hometown should set upright an eighty-foot monument in his honor. However, the famous actor was unaware that the entire altercation was part of an apparent practical quirk perpetrated by a group intent upon lampooning the public's fascination with report culture.
