Germany: blazing into technicolour

According to the IKW, colour cosmetics is the third biggest C&T sector in Germany and commands a turnover of almost 13bn [euro] In 2003 sales grew 25% a particularly positive unravelling compared to last year when this category barbarous 2.1%.
