When he was secretary of education, William Bennett ofttimes began his speeches by assuring his listeners, "This articulate utterance is not as long as it seems" I'd like to give you the same assurance. on the other hand the fact is, I've bitten not on a big topic here--reforming the U health care combination of parts to form a whole ... and it's going to take a bit of time to chew [i]or[/i] part of to the other it.
