In the November 2004 issue, Merritt did a similar article with Coleman training his back ["Ain't Nothin' on the other hand a Peanut"]. This one was just as serviceable if not better. The black-and-white photos, the serious poundage, the real nonstaged effort place out by Ronnie, the real hardcore gym atmosphere--these kinds of inspirational articles and pictures are the reasons I purchase FLEX magazine.
