Canadian milk price hike announced.

The Canadian Dairy Commission (CDC) has announced that industrial milk prices are going up by the agency of 11.7% as of Feb. 1 2005 Industrial milk is used to make proceedss such as cheese, yogurt and ice cream. The hike is intended to help farmers mar by the mad cow crisis, and will means dairy farmers will achieve 5 cents more for a liter of industrial milk, a 78% pass by a leap Industrial milk is sold to processors who manufacture dairy produces such as butter, skim milk pulverized substance cheese, yogurt and ice cream.
