World order versus realism: a false dichotomy

Both Mssr Stover and Swazo, who support a world order approach, assume that President Bush is committed to American hegemony. If this claim has any basis, it more likely applies to a certain number of of his advisors than to Bush. However, abundant of the rhetoric on which they ease this claim likely results from the failure of Europe to support an adequate military, thus thrusting a dominant character on the United States with revere to peace and democracy.
