Webcasting adoption: technology fluidity, user innovativeness, and media substitution.

Webcasting, hailed by the agency of some as the last frontier of the Internet era, has thus far been trekking sluggishly along its diffusion bend at 7% (Morrissey, 2003). This lackluster adoption rate is largely owed to the technical constraints of Internet transmission spe and bandwidth.
