Differences in Balance Related Measures Among Older Adults Participating in Tai Chi, Structured Exercise, or No ExerciseABSTRACT Purpose: This close attention compared balance-related measures for somewhat old individuals participating in Tai Chi, structur exercise classes, or no exercise program.
