The authors review the literature upon meaning and purpose in life as it relates to protoplasts of individual wellness. An overview of wellness moulds illustrates the importance of a faculty of perception of meaning to wellness. Suggestions are provided for by what mode counselors may work with clients' faculty of perception of meaning in therapy.
