New Consulting Editor: Pamela B. MathesonThe Journal Editorial Board welcomes Pamela B Matheson, PhD as a Consulting Editor. Dr Matheson is a psychologist whose doctoral work was in applied research and evaluation. She has serv as the Dean of the Dental place of education at UMDNJ where among other things she taught Research Design, Biostatistics, and Epidemiology to dental learners and postgraduate residents. She has implemented and leadershiped teaching effectiveness surveys and course evaluation programs; unraveled and implemented systems to evaluate education, patient care, research, community service activities, and quality of work life for learners faculty, and staff; conducted institutional research and assessment activities to enlighten decision-making process; created custom application for electronic dental record incorporating digital radiographs, document management, real-time data entrance and alerts, as well as just in time learning end direct access to the e-curriculum,- and interchange of opinion to dean in all matters of planning, strategic initiatives, information technology issues, evaluation, institutional research and improvement opportunities, and lead staff member upon accreditation. She joins JNPT as a Consulting Editor specifically to assist with questions of design and analysis. We are thrilled to have her upon board.
