Turning over a new leaf versus shaking the tree


Fall is my favorite season; I delight in the cooler weather and brightly colored foliage. on the other hand most of all, I be fond of the change that fall shows It is "turning over a fresh leaf," holding the promise of something novel something different, and something to gaze forward to, as well as something to adjust to.

Change is inevitable in the seasons, just as in our profession. An area of great change that I have noticed is the realm of the prescriptive authority of the advanced practice
