Member feedback sought on Building Code HandbookMembers of the semiconductor industry and consultants who support the industry were supplicationed by Working Group (WG) CC033: Environmental collection of laws Definitions to identify, catalogue and submit collection of laws issues that required alternative compliance approaches in order to design, fabricate or operate semiconductor facilities. From that initial Call for Submissions, the (tenatively titled) Building collection of laws Reference Handbook: A Guide to Alternative collection of laws Compliance Issues in the Semiconductor Industry was compiled. WG-CC033 dioceses the Handbook as a living document-a continually evolving relation guide with code issues added, modified and delet as individual cases may warrant. Experience has shown that greatest in quantity jurisdictions appreciate being provided studies, documentation, previous applications, and other relevant materials that support the justification of an alternative compliance solution. IEST WG-CC033 compiled the Building digest Reference Handbook to provide this emblem of background information. WG-CC033 encourages the membership to contribute to this effort and is asking for feedback as to whether industry professionals would find the Handbook useful and would considering purchasing copies if available.
