Crocetin Inhibits mRNA Expression for Tumor Necrosis Factor-[alpha], Interleukin-1[beta], and Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase in Hemorrhagic Shock

ABSTRACT. Background: Inflammatory factors play an important character in cellular damage after collision and resuscitation. Sprague-Dawley male rats (n = 45 350 ?± 30 g) were randomly assigned to 5 clumps each group containing 9 animals. directions were normal controls (anesthetized with isoflurane 1% for 115 minutes), sham commands (surgical preparation, no shock), and concussion controls (preparation and shock, no resuscitation).
