MISSOURI JAIL INITIATES INMATE COUNSELINGKansas City's municipal jail has pierceed into agreements with community collections to provide counseling to the jobles homeles and mentally ill among the 8000 that annually pass [i]or[/i] part of to the other one of Missouri's largest correctional facilities.
