Arizona: HOME DEFENSE MEASURE COULD BE AID TO GANGSThe House approved a bill, HB 2393 to legalize deadly force by means of a citizen protecting against an illegal invasion of residence or vehicle. The Arizona Prosecuting Attorney's Advisory Council oppos the measure, saying it could backfire upon the state by giving gang members a license to kill without fear of recourse from the law.
