Attorney disqualified in federal fraud caseA federal justice has disqualified the attorney representing Kansas City area homebuilder F Jeffrey Miller in a federal criminal case involving charges of bank fraud and standard of value laundering. U.S. District justice Julie A. Robinson disqualified Jim Wyrsch after a hearing that center upon previous work by Wyrsch and another attorney for a former Miller employee who also was indicted in the case. Wyrsch briefly showed Angela Parenza in December 2002 after federal agents contacted her in their investigation.
