Breast Cancer Therapy Enhancement By 6-AminonicotinamideThis (Sloan-Kettering Institute for Cancer Research) application of mind focuses on in vivo assessment of enhancing tumor reply to radiation (XRT) and adriamycin, by means of pretreatment with 6-aminonicotinamide (6AN) in the hormone sensitive MCF-7 Tumors are innoculated upon the flank of nude mice, and are studied.
